Purpose & lawful basis: Responding to queries and record-keeping. Processed under our legitimate interests.

Customer & transaction data

Name, billing/delivery address, contact details, payment info, and purchase history.

Purpose & lawful basis: Fulfilling purchases and delivering services. Processed under performance of a contract.

Health & medical data (special category data)

Treatment records, patch test results, medical history, and skin conditions relevant to laser treatments.

Purpose & lawful basis: Ensuring client safety, assessing treatment suitability, and maintaining clinical standards. Processed under explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) or healthcare provision (Article 9(2)(h) GDPR).

Technical & user data

IP address, browser type, page navigation, and website usage collected via analytics.

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete forms, book treatments, or contact us. We also collect technical data automatically via cookies when you use our site.

When using third-party services like Google Analytics or Meta advertising tools, data may be transferred internationally. Transfers to US-based entities are managed under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
