Important breakthrough in Covid19 Research at The Laser Centre
Mr Paddy Leahy, Chief of Surgery, at The Laser Centre has developed the world's first Isobaric (gasless) laparoscopic surgery device and method. This was invented and patented in USA and Europe by Mr Leahy https://www.linkedin.com/in/patrick-leahy-9aa3ba50/. Pneumoperitoneum concentrates the Covid-19 virus, release of which is highly dangerous to patients, nurses and surgeons. This invention prevents Covid-19 complications in surgery and makes surgery safer and reduces the complication rate significantly.
Dear ALL,
We are pleased to hear that the Government is allowing a gradual return to normality. The Laser Centre will resume medical treatments from Monday 18th May.
We wish all of our patients good health.
